Considering mediation? Trailhead Mediation offers free 30 minute virtual consultations (via Zoom) to discuss your goals and jointly evaluate whether we are a good fit for your needs. Use our online scheduler (below) to book your consultation! Or, if you don’t see a time that works for you through our online scheduler, contact: elisa@trailhead-mediation.com to find additional options! Some weekend and evening times may be available via email scheduling.
Consultation is a confidential and privileged mediation communication, with limited exceptions, as provided in Chapter 7.07 RCW.
Please note, as provider of neutral mediation services, Trailhead Mediation is unable to provide legal advice and no attorney-client relationship is created by consultation or service in a mediation matter.
Fees
Trailhead Mediation is committed to providing reasonable and predictable fees, determined by the type, stage, and complexity of the matter. A cost estimate for the full-matter in each particular case, based on the complexity and time needed, will be provided following the initial consultation. Please note, session time is charged in hourly increments. Off session work (including pre-mediation meetings) is charged in 15 minute increments.
